Was finally able to wake up today after only one attempt at the snooze button.  The left knee was tender the first half mile or so, but then quit hurting.  I felt really tired today and just took it easy, but my body was feeling the effects of increasing my mileage.  I am trying to start doing 40 mile weeks this week and then maintain them through the end of January and I can feel that will take some getting used to.

As I left work today I noticed a sign across the street about Sporting Goods closeout and stopped in to check it out.  The store is only open for 90 days but has a lot of running and exercise clothes at what seems like reasonable prices.  If anyone is interested - it is in Murray - up the street from the Fashion Place Mall at about 800 E Winchester Street (right before RC Willey) on the north side of the road.

Great run! Don't forget a cut back week about every 4 weeks. They say they are good for you :)

I think I had one of those last week when I only ran 2-3 days.

Hey, you are running a lot of the same races I'm running next year. I'll be doing the 25k at the Buffalo Run. I'm planning on the Slam. I've thought about doing the OV50 next year, but we'll see. Hey, you were only a few minutes behind me at St. George. Cool.

Right on tarzan that is a great goal till January. And if your going to do them nice and slow you will make them for sure. With no injuries. Dale and I are planning on doing the 25k at Buffalo. We will have to meet up. Looks like you are doing alot of the same races as I am too. Being Ogden and SGM too.
