Really pathetic this morning. I was very ambitious when I set out about keeping my pace below 11 mm, but soon shut off my Garmin in frustration. Absolutely no energy at all. Needed a pb, so stopped at the gym and did 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I was pouring sweat at 4-4.5 mph and couldn't figure it out. It felt like when my anemia is out of control.

Running home I was pondering if I was sick or anemic or what. Mentally I was thinking, "My iron levels were plenty high on Saturday afternoon when I donated blood..." Then it clicked, I donated blood on Saturday afternoon, so probably am anemic right now.

I'll give myself a few more days to recover before worrying about pace again.

PM - ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill as a warmup. My trainer kicked my legs with lots of balance training and a solid lower body workout.

Still not a lot of energy.  45 minute upper body and core workout followed by 4 miles on the treadmill.

My feet have been really susceptible to blisters since the 50 mile race.  They are usually just fluid filled and not painful.  I had three on the toes of my left foot last night.  Kind of weird.

Some quick miles before heading off to work at the temple. The dog was happy to be with me too.

The crocs sure pick up lots of stickers on my runs.  One mile with Twilight, then 3 more on my own.

The worst of the lack of endurance lost its hold today. Did 9.25 milws on the Pipeline Trail with Leslie for three of it. Beautiful run in snow, ice, mud and slush.

Taking a bath to warm up - I was washing my feet and the toenail that had a blister under it just up and fell off.
