3.5 miles this morning followed by 20 minutes of 'Yoga for Posture'.

Oh yeah - called Italy at 5:00 a.m. to check up on my daughter. She had her wisdom teeth removed this morning and I was concerned.  She is home and in pain and has chipmunk cheeks - but all went well.

It looks like Jenn and Jeremy will be moving from Italy to Ft. Stewart, Georgia in the middle of August. They won't be able to come visit like I had hoped and planned on in October because my son-in-law will be at school/training for several months when they move. Good he is in training. Sad they won't be coming to visit.  Good that I can see them at least once a year (if I save up $$$) for a few years until they get stationed in Europe again.

PM - worked my way through several Pilates exercises (PilatesOnFifth podcast).  After dinner I will do an arm workout.

Good job adding in the Yoga. I really need to do that.

There is a free podcast series called YOGAmazing that I am working my way through and really enjoying. Plus - most of his Yoga workouts are less than 30 minutes in length - which works for me.

Nice job!! You ought to find a fun race to do near their home and make your daughter run with you...if she runs. I find that the best excuse to save $ to visit my relatives away from me!!

We are already talking about the Peachtree Road Race together.

And then there is the Atlanta Marathon and the Georgia Marathon.....and its not too out of the way to slide down and do the Goofy Challenge and DisneyWorld. :)

Glad to hear Jenn and Jeremy will be closer to home. You know you want to do the Goofy Challenge; that's in January; nothing's happening in Utah in Jan.
