Felt sluggish tonight.  It was getting dark as I ran the last mile - but nobody ran me over.

PE - 1st 4 miles 6.5-7   next 3 miles 7-7.75

I think it is kind of humid out right now - I was pretty wet when finishing. Nice headwind for about the last 3 miles.

11:48/11:20/11:27/11:17/11:21/11:26/12:12 (cool down time rocks!)

Getting some protein in me now - then I will head over and take Odee for a walk.

Leslie fed me a healthy, nutritious dinner, then we walked Odee around the park for a while.

Trying to decide if I can eat a dessert - I'm at 1650 calories for the day and really tempted.

Ha ha, I know you had that dessert!! Good for you! I had mine for lunch at Costco (ice cream----but I went 2 days without any!)

I felt sluggish today as well, maybe it is the storm coming in?

YOur splits were great!!! Thanks for coming over tonight, we were glad to have you eat with us, not very fancy but it was dang healthy! It is 9:45 and I want a treat like no other and so I put my whitening trays in my mouth! YUMMM!

Kelli, 2 days without desserts is good for my fast running young friend, you always seem to have a treat and enjoy life and look great!! I would kill for some ice cream right now.

So Maurine, tell us what was YOUR dessert?

Hey, I'm eating a sinfully yummy almond toffee truffle.

Correction TWO sinfully delicious almond toffee truffles.

My dessert was a Betty Crocker Warm Delights Mini Raspberry Chocolate Cake at only 150 calories.

From tarzan on Wed, Dec 03, 2008 at 11:17:59

Les - yes, they are good. I bought some more last night because my son-in-law in Afghanistan wants more for Christmas.

PE is Perceived Exertion - I blogged about it a few weeks back
