That must have been a doggone fun run! I can't remember, but where do you work? Are you hours pretty flexible?

Smooth - I work 2 miles from my home - the office is just down the street. My hours are a little flexible - but I also work some from home and on the weekends - whatever it takes to get my work done. (Ah - the joys of being salaried :-))

Little twilight! We haven't seen a pic in a while! How is she?

Is it "Take your doggie to work week?" Cute little thing.

How are you feeling? I have been walking around the house limping, saying "there is nothing wrong with my ankle, there is nothing wrong with my ankle, there is nothing wrong with my ankle" I have to many races and plans for the summer to be bothered with a junk ankle.

WHAT???? Tape it, ice it! GET OFF OF IT!! :) It's just mad that didn't buy new cute shoes today :) Oh it has to get better :) How long has it been bugging?

a while now, dang, you know how you think, if I just ignore it, it will go away? Don't give it a voice, don't mention it or think about it and it will go away? Poop! My latest thought is I need to drop 20 pounds, and take the pressure off..... too much pounding. Who knows? Probably just old feet, too many years of running, I can live with it, I am not giving in to it. We all have little pains, I will deal with it. Stupid foot.

DArn it! :( I am sorry! If you get it checked out now, you've got time to heal before the big stuff hits the fan :)

Leslie, Leslie, Leslie (shaking head in disgust).....

Didn't you learn anything last summer? I have several ankle braces that I use depending on a current stage of injury that you can borrow. I can still run with them (just have to adjust my lacing).

RICE baby, RICE (and the C can stand for chocolate AND compression).

I'm feeling good. I plan to do 6-10 miles tonight.
