Struggled a lot with depression on Sunday.  Finally dragged myself out of bed and did 11 miles (last 4 strictly running) on the Draper Trails system.

Shot hoops with my son for about 20 minutes. One mile warmup singing in the rain with a wet doggie.

Drove over to the Highland High School track and ran 4 miles around it.  The girls soccer team was doing a killer stair workout that I will try one day when I have my ankle brace on. Seem to be almost over the bout with depressions side effects.

Two sessions of my 20 second workout videos.

Ice.

Session of 20 second workout video.

Feeling back to normal and in the office by 6.

2.5 miles running with the dog, then dropped her off at the townhouse and ran another 2.2 miles.  About 1 mile before the end I waved to Steve Ashbaker as he ran by.  Then, turning around for my last half mile, he suddenly appeared by my side.  He ran a cooldown while we talked for a few minutes.  He's been doing some crazy mileage lately.

Finished up with 1.3 mile roundtrip walk down to Sushi To Go to pick up some dinner.

Tonight I plan to do an arm workout and deck of card workout while watching Biggest Loser.

A nice five mile run after work - enjoyed the sun.  Think I will be ready to up my daily runs to 5 miles all of next week and then hold there for a few weeks.

Watched CSI and did two different sets of the deck of cards workouts.  Upped my weights on the second one and it kicked my butt.

Ran 9+ miles on the Pipeline Trail this morning.  Such a beautiful day and and I am so lucky to be able to run on my beloved trails and in the mountains so easily.
