I will workout tonight.

Just signed up for Park City Marathon.  Only have one more to register for this year - and St. George does not open up until April 1.

PM - finally worked on fixing my treadmill belt tonight.  It has been slipping for a while and I was too frustrated to work on it.

5.25 miles on the treadmill alternating fast walking with jogging between 12 and 13 minute miles. No pain in the knee or abdomen (except when I cough). Looks like taking pressure off the knee is helping it heal.

You are nuts. One marathon a year is it for me. Okay, maybe two, but that is it!!!!!

Glad to hear no pain in the knee and abs. You're smart listening to your body.

Wow, you signed up for Park City already? May be you'll get bib #1, or #2 or #3. I know they do have a cap; good thinking. I haven't signed up anything beyond Ogden. I'm really pokey when it comes to registering. Race directors hate procrastinators like me.

Glad the knee is behaving!

You are on top of things, signing up for Park City, I need to do that too. Thanks for the reminder.
