Me too, zippo energy!

How are you doing? When/what is your next race? Every time I see your profile pic. I am reminded of that PCM, good times! :)

Hey,Smooth!

I'm doing well - except I let myself get overweight and out of shape this year and am starting my way back.

I'm not racing much this year. I have a couple of mud runs on the calendar and that is about it.

Trying to modify my running style and make it more efficient.

Busy working two jobs and my full-time job is between 60-70 hours a week lately.

How are you doing? Anything new in your life?

hey Maurine ~ Glad you are doing well and keeping busy as ever! Wow! Don't know how to juggle two jobs and everything else. Are you still working in the temple on Wed night?

Glad you are focusing on efficient running form. I need to work on that constantly too!

This has been a year full of family stuff: a new grand baby in January, another one on the way in Aug, a son got married in April, our youngest son is leaving for his mission in Taiwan in couple of weeks. Life has been good! I am running the Grand Slam again this year, well, hope to anyway! My next run is this Sat at Bryce where I hope to see Leslie! I have never run Bryce before. Should be a beautiful run.

When and where is your next mud run? sounds like lots of fun!

You are so busy I do not know how you ever run!!!! Amazing to me, I can barely do the part time job thing!
